Berlin's premier adress
Unter den Linden
One of Europe's most famous boulevards, Unter den Linden is home to numerous imposing edifices that bear witness to Berlin's extraordinary past. European history comes alive in these magnificent buildings. Among the many listed monuments on Unter den Linden is the Kaiserhöfe - Unter den Linden complex. And with the recent refurbishment of this historical ensemble, a new gem has been added to Berlin's crowning glory.
We have commissioned a lavishly illustrated volume on Unter den Linden's past and present. The book launch is scheduled for fall 2008. If you would like to attend, we would be happy to send you a personal invitation. Register at event@chamartin.de.
Live in style at one of the finest addresses in the heart of Germany's capital - there are still penthouse apartments available in the Kaiserhöfe complex. For more information, see kaiserhöfe@chamartin.de.

Chamartín Meermann
With a current construction volume of approx. 600 million euros in Berlin alone, The Chamartín Meermann group is a strong partner for those seeking to purchase in real estate in Germany’s capital.
We have invested around 250 million euros in construction projects on Invalidenstrasse and between Invaliden- and Chausseestrasse in the area north of Berlin’s new main train station.
Half of this sum is going toward the construction of 40 contemporary townhouses – eleven of which have already been completed and sold – a four-star hotel on Scharnhorststrasse and 180 luxury apartments in four different building developments.
At Chamartín Meermann, we see the transition of the Pankepark quarter into an exclusive residential neighborhood as inextricably linked to another major construction project north of Berlin's main railway station in which we are investing almost 130 million euros: a hotel and convention center that will have a gross floor area of 38,000 m² when it is completed. Construction is scheduled to begin next year.
